Regarding returns (within Japan)

If the delivered product is defective or different from the product you ordered, we will accept returns or exchanges. Please contact us using the form or email below within 10 days of receiving the product and return it to us.

We will cover the shipping costs. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please send it to us by cash on delivery.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

・Returns due to customer reasons (ordered the wrong item, the item was not what you expected, etc.)
- If 11 days or more have passed since the product arrived - If the product has been used once
・If there is no delivery note ・If scratches or dirt occur during delivery
