Autumn Walk

It evokes the image of a stroll through an autumn forest. There are many fruits ripening here and there: sweet potatoes, pomegranates, chestnuts, grapes, potatoes, pumpkins, figs, pears, persimmons, viburnum, and Akebia. A winter bird, the Daurian redstart, has come to play. We hope you can find a little taste of autumn in this tenugui. This is expressed using the deep shading that is unique to chusen dyeing.

(The finishing press is done lightly to bring out the soft texture of the fabric. This means that some wrinkles may remain. Thank you for your understanding.)
