Daibutsu Komon (Yamabuki) [New Color]

The popular Daibutsu Komon pattern now comes in new colors!
It is difficult to express the small eyes of the large kimono using dyeing, so there are many different expressions.
This "Yamabuki" pattern is discharge dyed on a solid French Claire fabric. It has turned out a refreshing yellow that is perfect for spring.

(The finishing press is done lightly to bring out the soft texture of the fabric. This means that some wrinkles may remain. Thank you for your understanding.)

Fabric: 100% cotton (Oka fabric used)

Dyeing technique: Chū-sen (Clair ground dyeing + discharge printing)
